My name is Tiago and I'm a former beach soccer athlete. I played for several clubs before joining the Swiss national team. However, I ended my career early to pursue an academic path in sport sciences at the University of Lausanne. Today, I work as a strength and conditioning coach at the academy of a professional football club in Switzerland, helping young elite athletes achieve their dreams.
